Final restructure of the HECL league 2012 and the way forward. The committee have worked hard over the last few months to make sure that all clubs when ever possible will be competing at a level that is appropriate for their current playing standard. A decision was made early that no club would be promoted unless on merit as a result of the changes to the make up of the league. As a result we are left in a situation where division one this year will be made up of nine teams.
