I spoke to Bob this morning and he is aware. I'm sure you'll understand that this is a busy time for all those involved in the league and work is starting getting clubs ready for the new season. Bob does a lot of work for both. He'll contact you soon I'm sure. The Handbook hasn't gone to print yet so ther is still time.
