Over at High Beach we are going to laser level the square , especialy the ends, we have developed a small rise either end at the creases, and are having these removed and the square leveled , also as far as ia'm aware we will also hollow tyne , top dress as normal and seed, hopefully it will achive a little more consistant bounce!! so no one will have the normal cry" dun by a low one again, " we will see? going to cost a bit , but got to be worth it, this will all take place , mid october.

Going off at a slight tangent here, but there is a good magazine out there if you are interested in good advice on turf management. It is called pitchcare, and whilst it does seem to focus on golf a lot, cricket, rugby and footie do get a good shout too.
More info from their website is available at www. pitchcare.com
