Player eligibility

Rule 15a would seem to apply here. In a nut shell he can play for more than one side after it has been sanctioned. He can't chop and change sides as the fancy takes him.

Can anyone help me out with an answer....?
A friend is debating as to which one of two H & E teams to play for this season. One is in the top division, the other is in two or three. He still hasn't decided whether to burn his bridges - and with the league season fast approaching, has been asked to play for the division one side on the 30th.
If he does, and subsequently decides it's not for him, does this bar him from moving back to the division three side for the rest of the season ?

What I need to do here is make sure the guy is fully aware of the facts....cos I'd hate to bugger up his season. :-?
